My Core Values
Trust
For an HR Consultant relationship to provide true value, it must be built on a foundation of mutual trust. While establishing this takes time, I firmly believe it is essential for a successful partnership.
My primary goals are to build trust with senior leadership to develop a long-term HR strategy that aligns with your organizational goals and to cultivate trust with employees so they feel comfortable approaching me with any HR-related questions, concerns, or dilemmas.
Resourcefulness
In a small organization, where margins are crucial, budgets are tight, and the competition for top talent is fierce, resourcefulness is a non-negotiable skill. High-level execution under these constraints demands a resourceful mindset from every team member. Having lived this reality, I am uniquely equipped to support teams in developing and applying this essential skill.
Excellent Customer Service
My foundation in the hospitality industry, established early in my career, instilled in me a deep commitment to excellent customer service. This service-first mindset is what distinguishes my approach to HR. I view every interaction as an opportunity to serve a "customer," always focused on finding collaborative solutions that benefit all parties involved.
Authenticity

A little about me behind the work….
Drawing on my training as a certified Yoga Instructor, I integrate principles like compassion, flexibility, and empathy into my professional work. I recognize that a healthy work/life balance is as crucial for well-being as the mind, body, and spirit balance central to yoga.
My family and I love exploring new places! Since moving to Oahu, Hawaii in 2025, we've fully embraced island life, spending our time on beautiful beaches and scenic hikes. Before settling here, we lived in the "witch city" of Salem, Massachusetts for five years, and spent a significant sixteen years in San Francisco, CA. When I take a break from my work, you can find me practicing yoga, planning our next trip, getting lost in a good book, or indulging in a chocolate tasting.
